Im currently on h1 status due for extension. My current h1 petition includes my client details that I no longer work for - what happens if I go for stamping? I’m thinking I should wait for until after I get the extension approval. This will be my first h1 stamping since I came on f1. Also, how long can an individual not get stamped w/o raising any red flags? Don’t want to go now unnecessarily and get stuck
