I currently work 2 full time jobs & a pt contractor for 2 years and I’m currently on the verge of burnout and confused on growth.

I’m professionally excelling in all work areas and have been promoted in all work areas at least once over the past 2 years.

The issue is I find myself as a director of marketing (I over see 8 offices & a team of 7), Sales Client Partner, and Manager Administrator of Web/App Development with no idea how to improve my salary/career growth.

No degree just exp.

Can anyone tell me how a day at Amazon SDET looks like and is it a QA Testing role or a SDE role?
I am really confused as to should I go for SDET or not if you could manage to highlight the salary difference that would be great!

I recently accepted an offer (company X) for Aug 1. Com X (big company) is a media planning role (same title I have now: Senior associate), but in a different media type & pays $10K more ($70K). However, I had also applied to PM roles and had no luck with getting any callbacks until recently.

Com Y, is small (<100 employees) but pays $80K+. Would it be weird to take an offer and then leave (if I get the com y job)?

Com X job said I could be sup/man given time, earning $80K+, advice?

Found out an overseas person was allocated. Reached out to manager/partner - they didn’t realize and both made bad comments about them. So I asked… if I had to work with them. They planned for me to do the engagement alone anyway, and why would I want them if they clearly don’t either?

It’s such a weird feeling to be doing the beginning of client call banter and have them say “so I went to a movie in person this weekend” and everyone oooh’s and ahhh’s asking how it was 😂
