Hi all,
I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?
(I got to know this when an HR called me for a Frontend developer role)

You have a great chance of developing the skill set if you study for about 6 months - a year depending on how good you are at learning. You already have backend experience so you are ahead.
Yes I completely agree.
Pick a language or skillset that is the latest trend in the market. For example if you want to learn UI, don't start with Angular now, go with React.
Ok. Will do. Thanks!
You may need to invest a little more time into studying/practicing. It's ok to list some of the skills you have *some* experience with, as long as you don't misrepresent yourself. I would definitely NOT lie. That could come back to bite you big time.
