Depends if you are remote, maybe. If you are in the office part or full time in a HCOL city maybe a little low. I took a $5k paycut when I went to work for a 100% remote role but I’ve saved more than $5k by not paying for gas weekly, toll road fees and eating out.
Also have to consider the benefit of leaving. Will you get learn something new and have the opportunity for career growth at the other company? Would it be a good stepping stone for what you want to do next? More pros and cons to things then just compensation.
Also do they pay for employee health care? My last job didn’t and this one does so even though the pay cut was not ideal I actually made out better off at the new job.
Does one company match 401k and one doesn’t, know the percentages if they do.
Consider all the benefits of each role. Vacation package and paid holidays.
Thanks for the feedback, the roles is fully remote and working from the office is voluntary. It has unlimited pto, equity based sign on bonus and i do get immediate health benefits
It is important to look at the entire offer. If there is an apparent advantage to the paycut, such as allowing you to work from home and saving money/time commuting, it could be worth it. It is also important to consider bonuses. If the bonus is higher at the new company than old, it could also make sense to move. More vacation time could also be negotiated to your advantage in lieu of money.

Is this with layr?
Is it a remote position or in the office? If it's the former, that would be okay for me. But I suggest you assess the entire offer.
