Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

Go big 4 and hold firm on staying as a senior. They are too desperate.
Ask for a senior position when you interview and explain why you can be a senior.
This^. I had a similar situation at one of the big four. I came from a mid tier as a senior but the recruiter originally wanted me to take an experienced staff. I told them I worked to hard to become a senior and a demotion was off the table.
You can get senior at B4, just had someone do this who is actually on his 3rd firm. He did 1 year at a local firm [govt only], 2 years at regional [made senior] and then joined KPMG as a S1. He is licensed though which I think helped his case.
Agree with EY2. Experienced seniors are in incredibly short demand. I’d apply for senior positions at Big4 and hold tough on senior. You fit the requirements stated on all the JD’s
This is tough. How long have you actually been a senior? Are you sure you’ll get a pay cut vs just a demote title? Maybe they’ll honor your past experiences at least in the way of starting salary if not just offer you a senior role anyway. Not clear to me the facts but I say apply to everything and evaluate.
I made the move. I was auditing local governments. Will take longer to reach the senior level, but my exit opportunities are already a lot better. I think you need to ask yourself: if you plan on leaving public accounting, do you want a government job? It’s a lot harder to transition later and compete with people who have experience with corporate clients. In your case, I don’t know if you need to take the demotion. But, the sooner you make the switch the better as long as it aligns with your career goals. If your salary gets matched, maybe don’t worry so much about the title.
I would personally go to the mid tier firm. From there you’ll probably be able to leave to B4 and not take a demotion if you wanted to if it didn’t work out. I wouldn’t step down.
