I needed to see this.
Has anyone used bubble or outsourced to get their SaaS built for them? I’m non-technical and have an idea I want to at least get an MVP up and running for but trying to figure out the most efficient and cost effective way without bringing on a technical cofounder
Is the tech industry still obsessed with IITs/NITs/BITS pilani etc? Is there favouritism based on colleges or do they have an edge over others?
Currently in east coast and looking for PA jobs in bay area. Any firms that I should avoid?

Would y’all go to Workday or a partner for the opportunity to get the most well rounded exposure and understanding of HCM/FINS? If a partner which one? For reference I have two years in the ecosystem doing all types reporting. My biggest interest is Prism and opportunities to get into other emerging reporting technology. Emphasis on stepping into more strategy and use case development.
How to get selected for big 4, not able to currently, getting rejected after first round only
H1B folks: Did you or anyone you know got rejected during visa interview and stamping back in India? Have come this far and still scared about something going wrong at the end.
For those that left consulting for big tech… is the work life balance:
So I work in the worker’s comp line mainly handling central jurisdictions claims. I am 2 years within the position. What is a good salary stand point for a 2 yr los time adjuster with no past experience? I live in Illinois
It's my first year teaching self-contained special education. As I was organizing my materials/planning for next year I realized I will have many of the same students again. I'm trying to figure out how I can preserve/recycle some of my lesson plans if at all.
So I'm just going to put it out there, how realistic is it to have a child while being a women consultant?
Any one at the Associate level willing to share their salary, location and years of experience? Are you entitled to overtime pay? I'm an Associate in NYC, 25 years exp, no overtime pay I work at least 15 hours extra every week. I really believe I have been low balled so I'm trying to understand the salary range for an Associate. It appears a lead EA who is a level down and entitled to OT makes more money. That doesn't make sense please share your information and DM if you prefer. Thank you.

How can I get my *micro* manager off my back? I know I haven’t been doing the best work this quarter, but emailing me all damn day isn’t going to help me do better, I do know that.
Everyone have experience working with or for Nokia CNS group? Culture, pay, product, etc. Considering a role in sales there
Are all MLMs really evil? Obviously the ones like Luluroe and such that you have to buy $$$ merch up front. But are there any that actually work well? I have friends who sell Amway (which I thought was evil), but they legitimately love what they do. And they're not -terribly- sales pushy like other people I've met. Curious if the MLM industry is shifting.
Anyone know who runs ADP’s background check? Also any Outside Sales folks for them? How do you like it?
Recruiter lied about interview process and job type. First interview goes well and interviewer tried to schedule me for in-person interview first thing next morning. I tried to push off into next week and was told it wouldn’t work with timeline. Everything was supposed to be remote, should I keep it moving and go somewhere else?
I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?
(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)
I have a friend currently looking for a job. She has an AA with sales, account management, and supply chain experience. Any suggestions??
Starting to get feelers out for Account Management roles (fully remote or hybrid Seattle based). My experience is working with e-commerce businesses and i would like to build on that. So far I am lined up to speak with Shopify, Twilio, Attentive. Anyone have good/bad things to say regarding these companies? Where else should I consider?
Living in SF but remote until September (earliest). Rent is too high + apartment too small to justify staying for 3+ months. Playing with the idea to leave (temp or perm). Are people doing the same?
What kind of incentives do you offer your GTM teams for cross selling and collaborating? We are trying to come up with ways to incentivize our teams for collaborating. This includes sales support as well. Any examples or ideas would be helpful.
Hi all I'm interviewing for a role as a BDR in Dublin in cloud computing. I graduated in 2020 (bachelors) and have worked as a sales manager at a store. They offer € 33k/year and € 22k in commission with relocation fees etc.
It seems like a great company and I'm really interested. Is the salary good for Dublin? And for someone starting their career?
Anyone here work in Renewals? Looking at applying at a role in my company; I’m currently a BDR and tired of the grind. Would like to hear peoples experiences in Renewals
I’ve seen a lot of posts around the BDR role - join my bowl and let’s keep the conversation going!
Inflation costs are killing my pipeline. Many of my deals are scaling back greatly because of their rising operating costs.
How do we overcome the inflation objection? I mean obviously the answer is to show how much value we offer, but how do we do that when all of the companies we work with barely have enough funding?
They need our services, which is at least some job security, but their scale back is greatly affecting our projections and quota attainment.
I am fairly new to sales (3 years), and I just closed a deal that will pay out twice what I made all of last year ($75k vs $150k). My question is: nobody here can talk to their friends or family about this kind of stuff, right? Do you all disclose to people that you are pulling in $250-$300k in a year? I'm only 25 so I don't want my friends to make me buy all their drinks 😅
Looking for others who have around 4 years experience in sales and strategy - think I am being underpaid at £40k any help would be great!
Does someone know what total comp range would be for a technical sales AE role for big pharma in Canada?
