I am starting an outsourcing IT Support company, and I want to hire people with autistic spectrum, since I am autistic myself. I would like to know if anyone is interested to invest on it, or if anyone would like to hire our services. The company is based in Colombia. Our website is repshome.com

Do your homework and don't have this conversation cold. You'll want to think about your bullet points and your convincing argument. Might be worth writing down something to help you prepare and ask a friend to practice your delivery.
Manager 1 brings a very good point. Have counters to the counters. You are coming in prepared, so this is an easy discussion for you to have.
Highly. It’s an employee’s market right now.

For sure but definitely be strategic about this. What would the new title (what’s in between you and your manager)? What KPIs or metrics indicate that your service line is doing well or successful? Does your manager or their boss currently agree that you’re doing an exceptional job? What about your peers? What does the market say about people with your same skills?
I haven’t made a move like you before, but when I’ve interviewed for lateral positions (or even jobs with lower pay), I always ask what the review cycle looks like (and if there’s opportunity for off-cycle promotions) and what the requirements are for the next level up (I usually have that convo again with the new boss). That way it’s very transparent what the requirements are for promotion/raise for both sides. Makes it a much easier goal-oriented process.
Good luck!

If they can't afford to give you a pay raise, consider asking for some other type of compensation like shares in the company as a short/long term incentive.
Ownership in the company will stay with you even if you leave that company in the future and shows you want the company to thrive.
