I have my second interview with a Director at PWC for a Controls role. The first interview was with a Senior Manager and had a mix of behavioral questions and technical questions. What should I expect in my second interview? Is it possible for some questions from the first interview to be repeated?PwC

Idk wtf everyone else is talking about. 56k is insane. You should be making 70k.
Idc.
That's a fair salary for 3 years exp, Lancaster, and less than 100 people. You're doing well.
I agree with this!
Senior level HRGs in my exp (healthcare) with 5+ years , working remote, and w PHR certification are in around $75-$85k. W/o knowing your industry , I’d say you’re fairly compensated at this stage of your career and company size. You could always try to move to a mid market co for low to mid $60s.
You are definitely not making enough… depends on your area though but I would say minimum you should be making 65k. It would also depend on how much of HR is being outsourced like HRIS, benefits, payroll etc.
I would say at least 80k is your target.
We’re hiring for a few HR roles that are only a piece of what you do and they’re hybrid out of Lancaster. If you’re interested let me know. Size is over 7000 employees and 3billion revenue. Comp would be similar, slightly more depending on what your specific area of interest is and your experience there (benefits, comp, payroll etc.)
Yes, we would consider without qualifications, experience would still need to be relevant.
Your job now involves a lot but it is very administrative, and TBH it would be challenging to compete for other HR Generalist jobs in a bigger company with higher pay. If you like what you do, you can keep at it and grow slowly. If you want to grow more quickly in responsibility and pay, I recommend finding a mentor in an HRBP role or Generalist at a bigger company to get an understanding of the kinds of things you'll need to tackle to qualify for a more senior role with higher pay.

What’s are your responsibilities? What industry?
I'd say you're not far off with your duties as it sounds like more of a Generalist role. If you want to get up to the 70K mark just make a big impact. Help the company grow and raise the bottom line or show significant cost reduction by shopping benefits, in-house recruitment, or reworking structure. Having some big wins for the company through HR is necessary to taking comp to the next level in an org your size.

It’s fair given your YOE. However, for a remote HRG role, you should target 65-75K at least for med/larger companies. Smaller companies may be in current range.
I have very similar experience and job functions as you do. I currently work for a company as the only HR with 120+ employees and I make 10k less. I do live in a state that a significantly lower cost of living.
