I was selected in TCS in May 2022. Had accepted the offer but didn't complete further process(BGV and all). Now I am getting innumerous numbers of calls daily from TCS to attend the interview. So I attended one yesterday and got selected as well. Now they're asking me to complete profile on TCS ibegin portal. But it is saying duplicate profile found(due to PAN no.) as I had already accepted offer few months back from some different email id. And my profile is still there in the system. What should I do?

Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? The company I am interested in is Figma, and though I reached out to a few technical recruiters after applying through LinkedIn, I am wondering if there might be something more I could do that maybe I’m not thinking about. Hmmm sounds more like a clarity issue. But this is an awesome problem to have, it means you have options. And you want those. I suggest sitting alone with yourself and jotting down three to five things you'd like to achieve. Maybe you want to retire by a certain age, or you want to own property, or maybe start a family. You need to have these targets in place first, and then figure out which path will get you to that target the fastest.
The best book to pick up is called You2 (you sqaured) by Price Prickett. This book will help you make the best decisions for your goals. A similar message to the comment above but it gives more of a tactical approach.
What do you want to do? What are the most important factors when thinking of your career 5-10 years from now? Where do you want to be financially, professionally and personally? Reach out to individuals in those positions now on LinkedIn and do an informational interview with them to get some more insight into the roles before diving in!
Yeah, this is what I was thinking. Great to have all these options and any of them could be successful but it really boils down to the work you enjoy doing the most and the direction you'd like your career to go in. Best of luck to you.
