Interested. How did you go about quitting caffeine? I barely ever drink, don’t really do drugs but I drink ungodly amounts of coffee. My doctor very sternly advised that it’s bound to become an issue at some point. I don’t have trouble sleeping (usually make a last cup just before bed) or any jitters, but if I don’t drink coffee for just one day I get a debilitating headache around noon with intense fatigue and I’m basically useless the rest of the day...
+1 @ M4 recommendation of mate.
When trying to reduce my coffee intake a few years back, I swapped to drinking Yerba mate from 12 noon onward and found that my stomach thanked me.
YMMV of course!
These are all the things that help my anxiety
Damnit I knew that beer I had last night was the problem and not the 6+ hours of meetings I have today
I cut out lattes, cheese, and ice cream and now my stomach doesn’t hurt anymore
(I’m lactose intolerant)
Lots of great dairy alternatives too: soy, almond, oat, etc.

Same thing for me (without the drug part). Never knew alcohol gave me anxiety
Interesting. I gave up caffeine and it has helped a lot. Alcohol I only drink on the weekends but maybe cutting that out too will help. Don’t do drugs so that’s already cut!
