New idea: investing platform that lets you make a note when you buy stocks/ index funds. And then tracks the growth of those stocks separately. (I.e. I have like 200 shares of something. But I bought 10 of those shares when I switched firms. And 10 of those shares with my 2022 bonus. I want to be able to note the occasion that I bought shares and then easily track the growth of those individual shares. As a scrapbook of my experiences. Rather than buying jewelry for sentimentality.

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.

I’m 90% certain my owners are selling our privately held financial services company. This is a family owned company and they have always been very generous and cared for their employees.
