I did a behavioural interview with a company and now they asked to do an informational interview. Any idea what this entails? I thought the informational interview is more like what a candidate asks an employee when they’re interested in working in a company

Had an Engineering interview Thursday and it went well. Was told the owner was out of town and they would be in touch to schedule the next interview with the management team. Got the email yesterday about scheduling the next interview, they asked my availability for this week. I replied back about 90 minutes later.

Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and I haven't heard anything back. I called twice to follow up, but went to VM. Do I send another email?

Do they send rejection or any kind of mails after having Technical Round?

HR pending for LTI and Citius Tech. How should I go for negotiation to get maximum. This is my first switch and I would really appreciate some guidance. I had several interviews with Deutsche bank and they have verbally offered the job about 2 months ago. I noticed on Workday Tuesday the status says "offer in progress". In the time between, I did get some calls the offer is still in progress and is slowed down due to manager out of office (among other things). Wife wants another kid, I don’t. One I just don’t and two we haven’t been connecting lately so it doesn’t make sense to me. She’s threatened to leave me if I don’t want another kid and do what she can to keep our full time. I haven’t missed any moments of my child’s life and don’t intend on ever doing so. I have a video interview this afternoon for a role I applied to even though I didn’t think I was quite qualified for yet. I applied because it does align with everything I know besides bookkeeping. I figure they must be interested to request a video interview.
