Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?

I recently was in this scenario and I wrote an email to accounting, cc-ed the owner, and added on every single person I had worked with there. I got paid.
Quickest thing is to mention legal action, and if you get no response have your lawyer write a letter. It’s business and you’re overdue on your payment. All love otherwise ;)
Second this. Just call up the lawyer you have on retainer and have them threaten someone you want to keep as a client with legal action in a small industry in which that kind of thing will get you blackballed in the worst employment climate in modern history.

Okay thanks for the advice guys! I won’t let this go, but also want to be sympathetic to a small agency during these times.
It’s good advice to make your emails to the agency more visible - the producer, the head honchos, etc. it’s professional and emphatic. In 20+ years in the biz I have never formally threatened legal action.
