I’m applying for Account. I shared my resume with a bunch of people and they suggest dont use a too creative layout because you’re account. Should i change even it says a lot about my characteristics?
I am applying to some in-house positions at tech companies and was pressed in one screener interview to say what I thought my base salary should be. I’m curious what an acceptable answer would be?
I have 6 years experience in Big Law. Focused primarily on patent litigation. Applying to roles in the Bay Area. Primarily applied to roles focused on general litigation and IP litigation. I’ve applied to tech companies ranging from FAANG to start-ups.
Any insights welcome.
Anyone working/worked at Eisai? Looking at applying for their Product Safety Specialist role there. Any info (salary/compensation, work life balance, culture, etc) would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I just received a first round interview for at GS for a role that seems like internal strategic finance (job description says stuff like ad hoc analysis, construct competitor analysis, etc.) however I applied for and even got a referral for an FO (non-IB) role. I’m kinda bummed they didn’t take me for the latter role but if I get the above role, is internally transferring easy? Is the role even good?
For context, I’m trying to get IB/Strategy consulting roles, with LT a goal being on buyside.
Friends, I have lost the equivalent of five years of my salary in crypto holdings in a month. Things are not good, quite bad
