When I was a first year Senior at PwC in a low cost of the city I made 91k. This was 3 years ago. You're being robbed. Hell, I made 60k when I started as an Associate, that was 6 years ago
I know, I realized it, and am angry now. I like my team; but getting the f*ck out of here ASAP lol
It’s RSM...
MCOL. Tech consulting
I feel you - I left the firm consulting, took the same role at B4 and got a 60% bump. I enjoyed working at RSM but hard to ignore being that underpaid. Don’t get mad - I had a frank conversation with leadership that I felt I was underpaid based on the level of work and value I was bringing. When it was ignored, I left
Yeah I’ll wait for another promo and then try again probably. Get that double jump
Sorry but not surprised by rsm
I made $62k in a LCOL city as a consultant back in 2004. Good to see pay has gone nowhere, but housing has tripled.
I started at 61k as an associate; now at about 102k as an SA2 LCOL

Are you TC?
I made what you make as a college hire associate also at RSM.
Same here. Not sure why your salary is so low as a Senior
If you are at 62,000 has a senior then your underpaid and should look elsewhere. Know your worth because apparently RSM does not.
Dog I started at 60 in industry in a MCOL city, that blows my mind for a senior associate role
