Great feedback, Chuck.
Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)
Shady Grove is wonderful. Can’t recommend them enough

If you are in Houston, CCRM is the best. My bestie went there and spoke highly of them.
Nurse attitude
Seeing doctor vs nurse
Weekend and holiday hours
Types of cycles (especially if you want natural Ivf cycle, which many clinics don’t like because it’s harder to schedule)
Insurance coverage / expected total cost
Lots to consider. What’s important to you?
In my market, the clinic that was associated with the large hospital in town (vs the independent/private clinics) has the lowest SART rates and I found they were very limited in the protocols they would use. Everything was standard and not very well personalized. Not saying that is necessarily the case with the university affiliated clinic you are considering but something to ask/think about. I had two failed cycles, moved to one of the private clinics and had success.

You need to provide more info. This is way too blurry. In general, I suggest look at the SART website to find one with the highest success rate.
This!!! I switched just a few weeks in because of the nurse in the practice. The physician was great but I do not need added stress from people that are supposed to help me in what is an already stressful journey
Location is a big factor. What city / state?
