My friends little sister is graduating undergrad and has an offer from Strategy& for $100k and McKinsey for $90k (pretty sure McK is going to bump soon). Im obviously biased to McK but want to show her other perspectives. Which one should she choose and why?? And and all feedback is welcomed!

I'd like to make more money (current 85k) by leaving to some of these industry jobs I'm being reached out to about, but wouldn't have a game plan for the period after because at some point I'd want even more money. Is it best to try: Current -> Industry -> boomerang OR Current -> Industry -> Industry OR Current -> Big 4 -> Big 4/Industry

Has anyone switched from one big 4 to another? I like the work I do (in a specialized tax group) but I HATE my team. The only way to do the same work with diff people would be elsewhere. Advice?

Hello! Having a tough time making a career decision. Received an offer from Google for Project Mgr in Finance in Chicago: Base - 125k Equity - 131k Sign-On - 20k Would come in as L4 and have 3.5 YOE. Currently work in Finance Transformation at the Big 4 and have an immense amount of support and am on the partner track. Firm is heavily asking me to stay and offering manager promo with a retention bonus. Would appreciate any thoughts, thanks a ton!

Advice needed. Got a job offer from my dream company, 15k bump in salary, stock options, large jump in PTO, 40 hour work week and way better healthcare. So all in all a better opportunity. I feel guilty leaving my Big 4 job during this time. New company said I can take a month to wrap up some work at my current job if needed. Why are Deloitte HRs doing candidates so dirty!!! They give all these hopes that you are through the rounds , CTC is sent for approval , will get back to you in a week and then do the infamous Disappearing Act. It will be helpful to the candidates to know a simple Yes or just an email saying “we regret to tell you…” We expect (still unacceptable) this from WITCH companies but what happened to the Big 4

Exit question: Expecting an offer to leave for another B4 in upcoming days. Say my start date is mid January, should I not disclose to EY where I'm headed once I sign? Nervous about getting let go immediately and not getting the 2 weeks notice/pay I would usually put in. Am I obligated to disclose and be truthful? Business consulting, Manager level

3.5 YOE in change management at a T3/4 firm, done a lot of tech implementation. I'm pretty good at my job, have hella certifications and interview well. Will I be able to join a B4 or equivalent firm fairly easily when corona is up?
