The imposter syndrome. Hard to battle.

A) you could still make a career out of it, trust me.
B) maybe you’re really good at something else and just need to figure out what it is!
Oh boy. It’s called the ‘shit sandwich’. Soften the blow by starting with a compliment, kill the baby next, sugar coat the situation with another compliment. It happens all the time, across every department 😂🧡
I have imposter syndrome on the daily. My two mantras are: comparison is the thief of joy and take the small wins. Also realizing that I love just to purely write. Our jobs is just one form of it that we get paid for!
Nothing wrong with doubting yourself and having humility. Way too many people think what they should do is just ACT like theyre awesome at it. More people will want to help you.
If thats even what you want... if you really feel like youve given it your best shot, its okay to say its not for you. Just dont be a quitter, and have a decent plan for what comes next.
