Allah won’t take care of you unless you take care of yourself first.
Start by carving out some time to be kind to yourself.
It’s all in your head. Life is about uncertainties.
Go for a walk today or jog/run.
I’d also take a couple of days off and go for a hike.
Allah always has a better plan, the best of planners.
Jobs will come and go, do not let it take over you.
This thread just made me very happy
To see the support and love for strangers in need
Alhamdullilah

Alhamdulillah!! Happy for you! 🤲🏻
Totally normal to feel the way you are! Stay strong and iA it’ll work out in the end, Allah knows how much you can take and only tests you with what you can handle. InshaAllah you’re able to overcome this soon!
I’m so sorry you feel that way. It could be really hard especially the uncertainty part. What helps me is thinking of what I’m grateful for right now and then if there was one thing that could help my situation that I’m in control of, I go ahead and do it. InshAllah you figure your way!
Inshallah everything will work out. Remember Allah only gives you that which you can handle. You can do this!
Definitely ok to have the feelings. One thing that helped me when I felt stuck in some jobs is the understanding that Allah puts you where you need to be based on his plan. Sometimes it’s for us to learn a lesson, sometimes it’s for us to be tested, sometimes that dream job could turn out to be a nightmare (the executive director in my previous job kept turning a blind eye to a few “key people” who were clearly harassing female employees and charged me with fixing retention problems)… trust in Allah’s plan for you, but you still have to do the work
Lovely post BCG!

May Allah ease all of your difficulties. InshaAllah take a deep breath and take it one step at a time. I know it’s easier said than done, but maybe you can start mapping out what the next steps are. Do you wish to apply to other jobs, if you stay at your current job what are the possibilities there, etc. I know Allah is the best of planners, but we also have to make efforts on our end as well iA. IA that which is meant for you won’t miss you! Keep your head up high Manager iA!

This was me in May after several rounds and am still stuck/depressed but doing a lot of istighfar has been helping me. I usually do 100 after each salah or shoot for a 100 a day and it really calms my soul. May Allah open the doors of risq for you🤲
“Verily, after every difficulty, comes ease”
There things that are in your control and others that are not. Work on things that are in your control.
I’m a consultant, on contracts, and I don’t worry about my Rizq. I trust in Allah SWT to provide, we don’t have any safety or security, things can change in an instant for anyone in any position. Believe and trust in Allah SWT, a lot of your stress shall disappear.
Hustle, don’t stay comfortable, invest in yourself, and get a small taste of entrepreneurship on the side.
Stay persistent and be patient with yourself! I was feeling very similar to you career wise about a year ago and then suddenly my mother got very sick. I went through quite a lot more than I could have imagined mentally. Alhamdulillah her health has improved and, in the meantime, I gave myself some time to breathe. After a break, I refocused and worked hard to land a job in tech that I am very excited for!
Stay strong and be easy on yourself!
