I don’t have a finance background and recently started investing in stocks and mutual funds (around 5K usd). I want to ramp up my investments but not sure how and where. Any recommendations for any books/subscriptions/blogs that can help me?

I’m hoping to live off of 200k/yr in retirement. Retirement for me is still 30 years away so $200k won’t be worth as much then. I’m not married so my thought process is once I start earning over $200k income in the next few years I’ll switch my contributions from Roth 401k to traditional 401k. Does this logic make sense? Should I be factoring in inflation knowing that making $100k right now is the equivalent of $200k in 30 years from now dollars?
