Focus on the most important task, only read email a few times a day and get good noise cancelling headphones to drown out the distracting noise of coworkers
I have the same problems. Physical exercise and meditation are the only two thing I’ve found beneficial.
That and high pressure deadlines.
You described my life 😂 meditate with the calm app every morning before working out. And definitely high pressure deadlines do the trick

In college, I taped fruit snacks packs to my door and wrote the assignment on the tape. I only got to eat a pack if I finished the assignment or task on it

Headphones with white noise. Productivity apps - I like habitica. Honestly, caffeine. Also, doing work I like. Managing my mood in general by trying to eat and sleep well.
MyNoise is the killer. Multiple noise programs (color noise, bells, Tibetan monks chanting no joke), and you can frequency-tune any of the noise programs, get them to oscillate ... it’s the cadillac of noise apps
Turn off your internet connection for an hour. Amazing how much you can get done

M2- please be careful shaming people who need medication for a legit medical condition. ADD/ADHD can be extremely challenging to manage
I deleted iMessage from my compute and signed out of Facebook on my computer. The Facebook thing was especially helpful since I found myself mindlessly going to it all the time. Now when I type it in, I realize that I have to sign in, which I have no desire to do. This one might be tougher, but I also deleted Insta off my phone. Those three things have made me more present and serene. I found that the serenity has brought me focus, and I'm able to enjoy my workplace more. Distraction can be as much habit and learned behavior as it is a psychological condition (ADHD). We will never be able to cure ourselves from ADHD, but we can eliminate the distractions that ADHD drive us toward certain habbits
This post distracted me
I had the same problem and was diagnosed with adult ADHD last year after I hit a wall in my career. You should definitely find someone who specializes in adult ADHD if your situation doesn’t get better. It gets to a point where only medicine can help, which was my situation. Getting help with it has really transformed my life and career.

Go for a 3 minute walk around the office, listening to music, and change your work environment (switch tables).

CBD is used for all sorts of issues- focus, depression, epilepsy, pain management, etc.
If you try this route and travel be well versed in the legality of federal v local laws. Right now, bringing it on a plane is illegal.
