It's all practice, work on changing your mindset. Not talking about it puts your employer in charge of the conversation.
Sometimes the best strategy is to leave to another firm to get the deserved increase, and then optionally (if you really want to work for the original firm), apply back later.
I'm in the same boat. Joined ACN through an acquisition and am still making the smaller, start-up company salary. My manager doesn't see this as an issue even when I shared my frustrations.
