With everything going on in this country it seems less and less appealing to be here (e.g., mass shootings, SCOTUS rulings). Moving would mean 50%+ salary cut for me. Wife owns a business that is likely to not work in destination country. My parents, siblings, and extended family are in destination country.

I am receiving an offer from EY in their climate change team as senior consultant (I believe S2). Salary: 110k, Bonus: 10k (need to stay for 2 years to fully keep it). My background is in environmental engineering and health and safety and I’ve worked in the field in consulting/industry for 6.5 years now.

Is this a good offer? Should I accept? My goals are both professional/financial growth in a good company.
