Is anyone else out there really struggling with typos, section references, or things like that? I’m doing everything one is supposed to do (print out, read loud, triple checking, etc.) but still can’t get everything right. It is a real burden to my team when we try to post in the data room or send to counter parties. I’m sure this subject has been talked to death but here goes: At what point is it time to throw in the towel and try a new line of work. I’m a 53 year old Creative who has worked at several hot shops. (DDB and Crispin). I’ve been a CD and went back to ACD/Writer to be more affordable and a better mentor than some of the 30 year olds they’re considering. (Some have bitten but never pulled the trigger on an offer). I did in-house pre-Covid and gone 75 interviews with nada over 2 years. Any advice?

Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that. However at a company event they made no effort to get to know the team and chose to stick to their familiar colleagues in their home office. I’d like to ask for a new resource but interested in feedback.
