I don't know how sustainable model is this?
50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny.
Top of that , they will not provide any laptop.
It just like someone contact type of work..
Surely will not join...if you are not sure your employee will get project or bench ,don't recruit them..

From my experience, its a better option if your priority is to work from anywhere, on top client projects, with continuous learning opportunities.. the staffing team is quite good in getting you timely project allocation. So chance of being in bench is less. You will get laptop from client in most of the projects. So no issues with that. You have lot of benefits to save tax and you will be provided with payroll portal to manage your tax declaration..

I have joined epam anywhere recently ,I do have my laptop ,n work culture till now I feel like it's any other service based company,till you get 1 st project you will be paid fully ,50 k criteria will apply once you start searching for second project till you are on bench ,in my case I got my project within a week & I felt staffing team is quiet good ,but anyways you have your own opinion ,I am just sharing my own experience .

True,you can join only if u have no options, there lot of companies in market without any of such policies .why someone has to take such risk?.Suppose if you have home loan or financial dependencies and u are getting 50k. Will this manageable? .And if you are bench and want to move out.you salary slip shows 50k,when you provide salary slip to other companies, you may questionable

Looks like I can automate document uploads with Wells Fargo. Is there anything I should be worried about? I wouldn’t worry if it’s another bank but they have been involved in many fraudulent activities that I’m not sure if I’m comfortable linking my bank/investment accounts with then like that.
