Did you have to sign any type of agreement? I know a former colleague of mine had to agree to stay for a specific number of years if the company paid for her degree (small private company, not a corporation). From what I understand, this is the standard practice. How long has it been since you finished? Or are you still in school?
Read your contractual agreement. Usually you can still leave, you just have to pay back their tuition sponsorship as if it had been a loan.

I just started my masters so I have until early 2025. I finish masters in 2024 then I have to stay an additional year
Did you have some sort of contract or agreement about this? Usually, it contains all the terms of conditions like staying with the company during and after getting your master's. Maybe you can clarify this matter.
