It could be both. But what helps me is taking out a journal and just writing out my feelings. And then the why might come out naturally as you’re venting in your journal haha.
Oh man. I my husband went through 2 very stressful jobs and finally job 3 is enjoyable and challenging (in a good way) and our household energy is so much better. I still have my seasonal depression related to this job (usually happens around the end of summer when I finally slow down) but it’s not an every day long lasting thing anymore.
