Why do students that are in the low classes (low IQ students in general) work the least hard? By far my hardest working students are my plus kids, but they don't need to work as hard becuase they learn the material easily. I find it so frustrating and ironic that the students who need the most work and practice do the least! Studies show the main difference IQ (assuming they aren't mentally handicapped) makes in education is the amount of time and effort it takes to master a subject.

I am interested in taking a real estate data science course while I am between jobs.
