It’s just that it’s a new holiday and people (rightfully so) are more sensitive to how it’s treated and respected. No one would bat an eye if they had to work on Easter. But I don’t necessarily disagree because Juneteenth should at least be respected as a newly established and meaningful holiday.

Exactly. Same rules as any other holiday. If you look at firm hours they drop way below a typical monday. But in line with like... Labor Day.
