Majority cases me bhai ke pas apply krne se phele se working visa rehta hai .
And behen ke paas husband bhar hone ki vajh se PR.
So, when they apply to a company, there is no visa sponsorship needed from the company (in majority cases companies shy away from taking a candidate for whom they have to apply visa because of many laws n policies involved)
That's the summary!
Ekdum barabar bola PwC1. Those working outside on majority of cases already hold work visas, so no need of sponsorship and just need a visa transfer. This though doesn’t mean you should stop trying. Pata nahi kab naseeb chamak jaye.

Agree! Community should be there for helping each other not about bragging
i feel its a choice to answer/not to answer we can't do anything about it
keep sending dm maybe one of them will be nice enough to share the details
i have heard companies from Ireland/Sweden/ Germany are higher people from outside
Well no one owes anyone anything. Neither are you obligated to reply to their queries and nor are they.
While it would be helpful, but yeah it's cool. It would be better if we try searching for jobs from LinkedIn, applying or atleast conversing with the HRs posting those jobs if sponsorship is available. A friend of mine sucessfully converted Deloitte UK similarly
I agree, it’s just a courtesy to respond to fellow fishes as it may help them.
