I don’t want to continue in PA but I don’t know what I want to move on to. Did anyone utilize any specific websites, YouTube channels, etc to learn more about other potential jobs? I don’t want to switch for the sake of switching and not like what I do

Also worth noting that I work FT for a PST based company while working from EST. So my regular job doesn't start until 10am and thus I can fit my 10 hours in before work each week.

Hello, I need advice on salary negotiations at my current employer. Got offered a HR management role @ $62k a year. The average salary in SLC is $73k. Someone less than 1 year of experience earns $69k. I’m also PHR certified and have 5+ years of progressive experience in all functions of HR. Anyone in the outdoor or sporting goods industry with a company size of 250-300 employees? TIA

Words of logic and encouragement would be appreciated. Im 31 & started dating again after 2 years of focusing on myself. Hit it off with a guy that I had been consistently seeing 2-3 times a week for the last month. Today he tells me that he’s still hung up on his ex from 2 years ago. They still text every week or so. I’m sad/disappointed because he’s obviously not emotionally available. Please provide some logic on next steps and pros/cons of staying in contact with this person

I love this app !

With 5 years and 8 month of experience which designation can I expect from Infosys and what is the max salary offered at this designation.
Note- 3 month notice period also needs to serve beyond this 5.8 experience so total experience at the time of joining will be around 6 years.

So what careers can one branch out into from a SAM?

I’m going crazy in Audit, I’m an A2. I think I’m going to try and transition to consulting. Would it be smarter to stay within the firm or go to a new one, and is there a half-step I should take (such as going to TAS for a year or so) before going into consulting? I just want more exposure to companies I work on than just the audit, it doesn’t feel like stuff I’ll be using in 5 years (but I’d be happy to be proven wrong on that). Business strategy/biz dev is catching my interest recently.
