Hi! A friend recently launched a Project Management software called Heycollab - I think it’s pretty cool and like the UI but I’d love to get more feedback - they’re very passionate about the product and would appreciate the help!

Hire a PT it's worth it. You can get pretty good ones for really affordable rates at Blink. Diet is definitely a big part but if you're not working out it doesn't matter as much because sitting is what gets you. Cutting calories will just slow your metabolism (it's circular) so you need to cut calories and still work out to keep up the metabolism. Strength training and HIIT in my view is way more effective than just running on a treadmill.
I follow food blogs. They give you good ideas on how to eat healthy. Meal prep is key. If you don’t have healthy food available, you just end up eating garbage.
Eat all you want but stop eating after six pm. Run a lot in the mornings. If you don’t like running l, get a bicycle and an indoor trainer ( they are lots of fun, you can compete with others online)
Be patient for the first two weeks. Things will start to change
Try Keto diet ..
Get ClassPass, go to workout classes. Or just buy classes at HIIT studios. Same as a personal trainer and you can do a lot of the stuff on your own at the gym
Main factor in weight loss is diet. Aerobic exercise helps, but you just need to cut your caloric intake. Do a rough calculation of your caloric intake each day and keep it below what you burn by a set amount. Eating foods high in water content help fill you with fewer calories. (Apples or pears are great for this)
^yea diet is important, but if you love food (like I do), then you just need to work out
Couch 2 5k app if you have the usual erratic banking schedule. You can go at your own pace (literally and figuratively). Has helped a few people I know to get in better shape.
