I don’t want to initiate snapshot to a really bad manager because he gives bad review and he sucks in every dimension. However he’s the only manager on the job. What should I do?

You should never receive a snapshot without a conversation first. You should be prepared with what ratings you think you deserve, and have examples. If the manager does not agree, and your review is significantly different, then you’re expectations, then you get your coach involved. Coach will discuss with the manager and elevate to hr if needed. You are responsible for scheduling the snapshot meeting - take control of the conversation and your career

Can I initiate to the partner? Is that an option?

How directly do you work with the partner? You can send one to both of them, but I don’t think you can avoid the manager. Maybe get verbal feedback from the manager first so you have the chance to plead your case before he fills it out. If he gives you an unfair one, push back

I have a couple business ideas but am a new grad. Wondering if anyone has some experience on this and if they think it is worth the risk to pursue these ideas or continue working my 8-5 which I just started. My current job restricts outside work and usually requires me to leave by 6am and not be home till 7pm so it’s hard to focus on both. Any advice helps thank you!

How do I get over my fear of public speaking/interactions?
I’m going to work in corporate finance in person soon but I’ve been doing college online- I’m pretty introverted on top of that. I’m scared I’m going to mess up or make a bad impression on people. What do y’all suggest I do to become more sociable and better at interactions? I’m awful about awkward silences. Thanks!

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback
