All the above are fixed pay, please guide me to pick the best company in terms of knowledge, career benefits, and all. And please advise, and can I negotiate between these companies with the highest offer?

For all the other poor souls stuck in ID - do you have a good system for medical record review? Lately I find myself in circles chasing after my assistant/paralegal to make sure that the records actually come in.
