Anyone a CFP as a side hustle?
Hi Fishes,
I have received an offer from Fractal Analytics Fractal as Engineer (Grade 8) with ctc of 23 lpa(21 fixed and 2 committed pay) and 1.5 JB on top of ctc.
Tech Stack: Sap Native Hana/BWon Hana/Sac/Bods
Yoe: 5.8
Current CTC: 11.2 lpa
I need suggestion if i can negotiate further for Senior Engineer position and fix of 24 lpa considering 5.8 years of work exp.
Appreciate your leads on this.

Wait until you get into industry. Omg, the slowness, the low pay, lack of benefits, disorganized management, lack of focus of BUs, I can go on and on. At least we have light at the end of the tunnel once ur client assignment is done. In industry u r screwed.
For me, taking 5-10 min breaks every hour or so. It helps me recharge and actually helps me work better.
try meditation and finding other activities you look forward to. there are always ups and downs in consulting.
I know this is rather twisted, but I make a huge purchase or plan a lavish vacation so I know I have to keep kicking butt at work to be able to afford it. Circumstantial motivation is real.
But also, maybe you are in the wrong line of business if you feel this way.
Plan C, I honestly got on SMRIs and it has changed my life forever. I work better and never sweat the small stuff or get Sunday scaries...
Oh, SSRIs (Lexapro, Prozac, Zoloft) make you feel more human that before (if you need it). It chills me out, but I can still get pissy and feisty when necessary. I think quicker and clearer with it. I thrive during negotiations, tough convos, and arguments. But again, that’s only the result if you actually need it.
I’ve been prescribed Xanax and that shiiiizzz is zombie’fying. Not the same at all.
