If they really want to retain you, it wouldn't take one month to plan for your retention. They will use the same onsite opportunity gimmick. If they need one month, simply implies that they are looking for your replacement.. In my project 5 folks have resigned (critical resources) and none of them have been offered retention.. Capgemini would rehire you after a year but not retain you..

Currently there is high rate of attrition in Capgemini and managers and HR have pressure to retain the candidates. You have higher chances if they have discussed with you. I would suggest give interviews outside and take offer because they will ask offer letter if you want to negotiate with them.

Interior design help. How do I furnish this to work for our family?
-TV point is on the right living room wall between the two windows. We have a 65 inch curved TV the hubby loves.
-prefer sectional or chaise sofa to put feet up.
-don't like having back of sofa to the person in kitchen, and back to entry way.
-like sofa facing the TV
-have baby and need sight lines.
-wanted to use left side entry area as play area for baby, but then can't see baby from sofa if facing TV connection point

I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this but I (25M) have a feeling a friend(23F) is hitting on me. Whenever we hang out she’ll get really close and keep touching/poking me whenever we need to turn corners, cross the block, etc because she’s the navigator. When we sit next to each other on the bench she’ll be up on my personal space up. Just a lot of shoulder to shoulder touching. I had other female friends this touchy as well but I wouldn’t think anything of it because some people are touchier 1/2
