serious case of the mondays today.
Salads and "a little's better than none" mentality when it comes to the gym.
Also I shift to super early morning workouts during busy season. You never know how late a client or person above you is going to make you stay at work, and you will want to work out after work even less.
This also gives you a feeling of accomplishment before your day even starts, and during a rough busy season, it can feel like the only thing that's gone right in a day.
Avoid all the garbage food thrown our way during busy season, it may cost a bit but generally the food provided (at least in my experience) is just no good. This does get expensive, but it's one way I keep my weight from going up in busy season. I have portioned out meals to avoid the stress induced binge from the misery of busy season.
No handed push-ups with someone special might help.
Low carb/sugar diet. I pretty much cut out bread, rice, pasta, etc. eat more than I did before but of meat, veggies, mild amounts of fruit. I workout less than before and feel less fat (scale supports the feeling too)

Run 5 miles every morning - the mornings I'm hung over suck
I was in a similar boat. I start to slowly give up things one at a time. I found going cold turkey set me up for failure. I cut back things like sugar, fast food, fried foods, etc.
Play a ton of COD. Quite an exercise.
Idk if it's the same everywhere but I feel like I see almost all people already cutting out soda. On my team there is one person who drinks Diet Coke and the other regular. Everyone else is relatively healthy and just drinks water. Does that seem like he regular for everyone else?
Agree about ignoring the free food - very hard though when it usually smells so delicious and everyone around you is eating it.
I committed myself to go to gym at least every Sat and Sun.
Saturday/Sunday workouts, currently training for a half marathon so long runs on saturdays, trying to do Orangetheory maybe twice a week, and trying to eat as healthy when possible (hardest part). Do whatever interval workout or classes that get you motivated to wake up early in the morning.
Cut out soft drinks.
Eat small meals throughout the day. Keeps metabolism up.
