Keep working hard. It will click one day. And then you will crush all the doubters. It will happen eventually, if you want it bad enough. If not, just leave and find something more suitable for u. I couldn't imagine going to work everyday feeling like this.

I would recommend finding someone above you that is a high performer and you like personally to mentor you ...a lot of people are happy to mentor you and you can run all the questions you want by them. I had a partner mentor for 8 years before I switched firms and we are still friends ..I would still recommend asking your team lots of questions. Write good notes and make sure you don't start working on something without understanding what you are expected to do. Take CPE and read a lot to learn more ..especially in areas where you are weak. Familiarize yourself with research tools so you know where to find answers.. No one knows everything, and everyone uses resources whether it's other people or tools to do their job well

If you ask dumb questions and learn from the answers it will show you care. If you ask the same dumb question repetitively it will show you're lazy. If you don't have the answer you'll do you work wrong and waste everyone's time. Man/woman up and just ask, learn, and improve. With a little effort you might just surprise yourself

the team and my self confidence is at an all time low and embarrased by the fact that my teammates consider me to be the token last resort staff. Should i just quit before I get fired after this upcoming busy season?

If you are at a big four firm you will never get fired so I would continue to try to be productive on any task to which you are assigned.

I think you should have an open and honest discussion with your team. Ask for constructive feedback throughout the duration of the project.

As a staff 2- i think i am not allowed to ask anymore dumb questions...

Depends on how hardened you are and whether it's being used as a tactic to manipulate you and/or to get you to leave. It's happened to me twice at 2 CPA firms. There is always going to be one person who gets the dregs it's true. Is it accidental or by chance? No harm in knowing what options you have out there so that if you feel more and more persecuted, leave. It's unhealthy working in toxic environments.

I graduated in May 2020 and found myself excepting a Junior Art Director position in Healthcare. I never saw myself in health but with many agencies having hiring freezes I decided to get some experience and save up some money in the meantime. Fast forward one year; I’ve added a new campaign to my website and I’m starting to apply to consumer agencies again.
Any tips to help me make the transition? Any place to avoid? Who have you noticed is hiring again? Thanks in advance :)

7 years of experience & still an Analyst. Performance is not the issue. I'm always told my work is "impressive" and "really good", but somehow, I'm still an Analyst. I have 7 years experience including top tier banking and Big4, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I have a strong academic record and speak 3 languages. Even when recruiters approach me on LinkedIn, they always approach me for Associate / Analyst level roles. All my former co-workers are now AVP and above. What do I need to do?
