I feel like I am drowning. My mom’s first year anniversary is coming up, things are not good at home with my dad and sister, I am about to breakup with my SO, and deeply unsatisfied with my job.

I’m so sorry OP. All of that sounds very rough. Can you take any personal days? Hopefully your team and company will be understanding about an important milestone coming up. One year dealing with loss is so little time.

They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? Sensitive question, but when does a mental health challenge become a performance issue?

I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression so I’m not unsympathetic and recently restarted therapy for myself and have a colleague with anxiety issues who’s become difficult to work with. People have raised the issue but they refuse to get treatment and there’s been no consistent improvement after more than a year. It’s becoming a real issue with multiple people.
