I feel like I only have about an hour of productive time a day. Wake up feeling good and after an hour of working I feel like all my energy has been zapped out of me. I literally look at my screens and can’t focus at all. Thinking I’m severely burnt out. Any advice? I have about 6 weeks left before busy season is done. Have never felt this way before and if I take a day off I’m back to being mostly normal after half a day, but upon returning to work it doesn’t take long to go back to this.

Classic burnout symptoms. If you can't take a week of actually relaxing PTO (vacation, not running around the house), then you need to at least regulate your insulin by eating regular healthy meals and fitting in some HIIT workouts and getting 7-8 hours of sleep. Or power through. Those are really the only options I've ever had that worked.

Can you take more than a day off at a time? Maybe your body and brain need more attention and time to recover. When you’re off, focus on self-care and things you really enjoy.

Part of a small firm (1/3 attorneys). Have <1YOE in practice but a few years of relevant corporate experience. I got a job to go inhouse and accepted.

I don’t understand what to do to lose weight. F/30 years old. From 18-27 I did all the diets (OMAD, keto, IF, only eating 1200-1300/day with workouts 5-7x/wk) before realizing it was f’ing up my relationship with food. Switched to weight lifting, mindful eating w/balanced plates the past 3 yrs but gained all the weight I’d lost with the diets + some. I’ve returned to calorie counting (though staying above 1400) and I’m within 10lb of my goal but my progress yo-yos each week. Feel discouraged 😞

Debating on the peloton tread or the nordictrack commercial 2950. Also open to other options if there's a decent model that isn't so expensive. My usual outdoor pace is 8-10 min miles depending on distance. I generally run between 3-13 miles each time, 3-4×/week. I am pretty petite (female) and don't need to climb steep hills (I can run outside my door for that option). Any and all recommendations welcome. Thank you!

Hello my healthy kings and queens...I have a silly question! Is there such thing as TOO much protein? I’m looking at my plate rn and it’s quinoa/chili (ground turkey and beans...sounds weird but it works okay) and then I’m drinking a protein shake because I just worked out granted i did our strawberries/spinach in my smoothie but I was just like huh I wonder if it’s too much
