Yes. Talking about your industry, giving helpful info, or sharing ways to upgrade skills.
Talking about yourself just pisses people off
I really don’t think about LinkedIn as a source for anything other than a possible next job or to see where someone is working. I know there are some channels in there but everything is so superficial that I really don’t bother reading anything anymore.

Publish and article (can be a short one) to spark some thoughts
Post about your industry or articles that help others learn and grow.
Don’t post long speeches about how you overcame major obstacles and are now an HR director.
Pro
Actual job postings, with reasonable requirements and explicit salary information
Good points but I don’t work for HR or Talent Acquisition lol
Chief
Post what you want. If it triggers someone, that’s their problem not yours.

Why care about what everyone else thinks? Just post what you like
Tbh, I never post. But I am active in replying to comments that offer help to folks in some way, specifically the Veteran community, because that’s who I tend to care about. But in the end, who cares what anyone thinks? You do you. Oh, and like 90% of LI influencers are absolute garbage…
Only nerds get pissed off about LinkedIn posts.
