Everytime you gossip/ say something bad about someone think about whether you would like others gossiping about you. Gossiping is like any other form of addiction. It’s not fun when you are the one others are gossiping about. You can change this...it starts with YOU! All the best in being a better person and spreading good.

To clarify- I’m not saying I sit there making fun of people all day, I mean like when one person complains about another instead of staying quiet, I’ll agree or I’ll add in my own opinion of why they’re annoying, but that’s completely unnecessary and I hate that I do it but for some reason it’s hard to stop now. I used to just sit quietly and avoid actually letting people know my thoughts but I’ve gotten so comfortable that I say too much sometimes. It’s not terrible things, I’d like to think I’m not an awful person, but I feel guilty for even the minor things I say or agree with.

Ask yourself why you’re gossiping. Do you want to feel included? Does it make you feel in control and in the inside of info? Is it helping you bond with your peers?

If you want to stop, find out your need and find another way to fill it

like

OP I’m you ahahaha

If they are talking about someone else then they aren’t talking about you. I recommend staying in the conversation so you stay out of it.

Welcome to the world of politics. Play your cards right!

Gossiping gets old and you will eventually just get tired of it. Things here are pretty repetitive...also it is NOT nice to say you have gossip but not sharing it to us🤔
