Do all you can to be a helpful, valuable team member. Beyond that, just be yourself and if they still don't like you, it's kinda tough but oh well. Better to do your best and be yourself than to try and mold yourself to fit in. Surround yourself with people who love you in other areas of your life.
I didn't think anyone liked me when I did my first round in PA. Turns out there was a manager that was out for me. She made me cry 3 times in a few months. I left because it was toxic. A couple of years later I ran into her at an "alumni event". She apologized profusely for her treatment of me. Whether or not it was genuine I don't know but it was nice (could have been a partner telling her to fix her shit because my move to industry made me a potential client). Long story short: could be more to it than you think.
I'm sorry - that's a shitty feeling, but there's not much you can do to change it. Be polite and professional, and of course make sure you do good work, but focus your attention and efforts on what's important to you outside of work - hobbies, friends, family, etc. If you do that, their attitude won't change but it will bother you less. ~Xuemei.
Ya, I know how you feel. There are quite a few people in my office who treat others not in their clique like gum on their shoes. I also have a manager in my office that loves to keep tabs on my every move and is best friends my mentor. I just try to do my best, but I'm definitely enacting my plan B of finding a new job with less toxic people.
Follow Xuemei's advice nd remember to be true to yourself.
I am thinking to leave my job in long run coz I am on bigger client and they won't switch me and that makes me more sad
