I feel like running is the last exercise I'd recommend to my patients. Biking, walking, swimming so much easier on body

It's weird - some of my patients seem to have no problems running, and others seem to get destroyed by it

Hi all! Does anyone here take NMN? I recently ordered some from The Ultra Health store. Everything I’ve researched makes it seem too good to be true - no negative side effects, anti-aging, cell restoration, improved cognitive function, metabolism enhancing, etc.

Any thoughts?

Hi Guys,

Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

Thanks a lot. ❤

Feeling underwater since around October, and decided to finally bring it up to my boss—now a senior associate is questioning exactly how busy I am, and seems rather interested in my workload and how it’s handled. ?s started when told to temporarily stop sending new projects my way. this sr. associate generally does not get too involved (never online), doesn’t pay too much attention, little to no feedback. No substantive projects. This reaction comes off as hostile. How to handle?

Posted this in the Kpmg bowl but I’m an associate almost two years in in Digital Lighthouse and Intelligent Automation and the only training and projects I have been on are Appian based. I’m worried I have boxed myself in by only having projects with Appian. I am wondering if Appian is desirable in the marketplace if I were to look for new jobs? Should I try to get into more rpa Blue Prism/Ui Path? Are those better for my future career opportunities?
