What creatine brand would you recommend?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

My wife and I start couples therapy this week to make sure we stay on the same page during this process. We have an overall healthy and happy marriage but this process can be taxing, especially when one or both parties is unable to express themselves in a healthy way, which can be particularly problematic when under increased stress or hormonal imbalances that make things chaotic.
Couples therapy was recommended by a ton of different resources related to IVF so we decided it would give us a place to regroup and discuss stressors with the moderation of a third party. My wife is now pregnant but we still think it’s a good move.

She’s a therapist that my own therapist recommended for marriage counseling. She specializes in this newer style of couples counseling apparently. She has 25 years of experience as a therapist though.

OP, I am so sorry what you have to go through. Communication is so important in this process, it can push people apart or bring them even closer. I wish I have some good advice, but I do think if you realize that's a problem and have the mindset to fix it, it's a good start. They all say the first step is to realize it. Wish you the best!!! ❤️
Highly recommend both a couples/marriage therapist as well as an individual therapist for yourself with either fertility experience or expertise if possible (though not necessary). Our marriage therapist actually went through IVF with his own wife and I met with a few types of therapists for myself including one with the aforementioned experience. Although my primary individual therapist is fantastic, there was still a remarkable difference working with a professional who was/is familiar with the unique nuances of the fertility journey and overall medical process if not for the shared language alone.
Thank you! I agree, I had a therapist who had no experience with the infertility process and she wasn’t very helpful when it came to that topic. When she said to me, “try not to let this process run your life” I knew it was time to find someone new. I think counseling is so helpful and I’ve been trying to get my husband to go but he refuses. We just had our first IVF cycle cancelled two days before retrieval because I tested positive for Covid so tons of emotion from me, and my husband just shut down. Was not “available” at all. This was the catalyst moment.. we need to do something!
