I feel like the stress and weight from working in advertising is affecting my personal life and I’m having trouble compartmentalizing what the problem is

Me too. Following because lately I come home from work and put on pyjamas because it’s all I have energy left to do. I’ve been thinking about therapy maybe, but forcing myself to participate in hobbies helps a little.

I’d like to preface this post with saying I was in a very toxic relationship previously. I went to therapy, healed myself, and now feel I have found someone very healthy. He self reflects, he listens, he’s present, he makes me feel heard (mostly). With all that said, I can’t stop feeling like he’s only giving me the bare minimum. I do a lot of the small things, make sure I’m hitting all his love languages daily, and I keep feeling like he thinks he’s doing everything to keep me happy, but

Seeking advice regarding salary negotiations for vehicle wear and tear (In my current role we have fleet vehicles). The new offer 95k / 155k OTE (less in salary but better commission structure, uncapped based on performance). They are currently offering gas mileage which will not support vehicle maintenance. The role requires regional coverage from MA to northern NJ weekly. Anyone have experience in negotiating a vehicle maintenance package?

Has anyone experienced blame shifting? In my romantic relationship we’re in sync 97% of the time but if I’ve constructive criticism, the dynamic flips, so I apologize to deescalate. Manager made it clear he isn’t happy with how I’ve been doing some of my work lately. His messages to me instantly brought up a whole mental can of worms. My therapist of 3+ years just told me that she’s going to stop taking insurance starting in January and her new rate will be $160 per session (right now I pay $45 for our weekly sessions). My insurance will not cover any of it.

I’m panicking. I struggle with depression and anxiety and my weekly sessions are what keeps me going (and meds!). I also love my therapist and she knows everything about me. I don’t want to start over but I also don’t know if I can afford $160 per session… what do I do?
