Yup. Also, when I have a tight deadline and/or tons of emails flying in which require short/quick work I get a ton done. When I have a whole week and some bigger projects, it is v hard not to procrastinate...
JA1, the shutting down is a problem, but being able to be productive on longer term tasks is super important too! There is not just one path to be successful.
OP, agreed, haha. I don’t have doc review, but when I was more junior I had a lot more diligence which is the transactional version. Sometimes I get in the zone and can just knock out the longer term projects, but that seems to happen like between 5 pm and 5 am instead of the opposite. 😂 🤦🏽♀️
