You're not hated. I don't hate you. I actually like you and see myself in you. And the same way i managed to breakthrough my suffering i am so 18374827% sure you can do the same.
Sorry you feel that way. Everyone has a life. If you’re open to advice, I’d recommend therapy and getting a gratitude journal so you can find the little things to appreciate about your life and build the habit of gratitude.
Life is what you make it. It may look really bad and dark right now. But try to focus and regroup your thoughts. Focus on goals and what you want to do and achieve. What do you want to focus on this week, month, or year? Mental health, new hobbies, finishing a good book, painting a canvas, a marathon, a job promotion? Set small tasks and celebrate the small achievements. It’ll be okay. In 5 years when you look back, the stuff you were worrying about will look minuscule. You may not know this, but there are so many of us like you who’s secretly rooting for you to achieve. Go you! You can do it! We believe in you!
I understand where you’re coming from. Intrusive thoughts can feel very real and impactful. I know it’s easier said than done but I think once you have a hold over your life, you’ll be able to feel worthy of love.
It sounds there are a lot of insecurities about where your life is headed but I know you’ll be able to change it. You mentioned that you only take walks, how about changing it up this week by going to a coffee shop. Even changing one small thing can help with the monotony. I know it’s tough not feeling close to anyone, I’ve struggled with this since my best friend passed away, but I think once you fix what you’re unhappy about with your life/self, you’ll be able to accept the love and kindness of others. It won’t be an overnight fix and I have better days than others but I know you can get there!
Thank you so much for your support! I am so sorry about your best friend, I hope your doing well and keeping her memory alive. I am not insecure at all but sometimes I get these feelings, I am not feeling like that all times. The reason why I only do walks is all I can do. If I can do more than that I would be much happier.
