During my 9 years working with PR agencies, writing/editing has been the least favorite part of my job.

Moms, did having daycare at your gym help you to go more often? Did the environment help?

Hubby thinks that we can workout at home (peloton, weight bench, online classes, jogging stroller) or in our community gym & pool. But I'm excited to join a local sports club with lots of amenities (classes, squash, tennis, swim) and 2.5 hrs daycare / day.
I'm remote so getting out of the house occasionally would be nice, plus give baby some exposure. Baby will start full time 9-4 daycare soon though.

Do you typically work on holidays? This year I had to work a bit on Thanksgiving because we had an event. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be though.

I’m starting as a Junior at a new firm and, in addition to the home office set up they provide, they also give a $500 IT stipend. Does this typically cover desks? And do stipends typically get disbursed as a $500 check or they reimburse specific purchases? And if it’s the latter, would they cover purchases made before the start date?

We (DINK, GI $180k) are receiving $100k cash from an inheritance partial distribution soon. We have the following debt (interest rate): mortgage (2.8%), $35k student loans (6-7%), and $1k car loan (3%). The lease on our SUV will be up soon, and we will purchase it ($18k). We want to buy a bigger house in the next few years - $350k absolute max (LCOL). WE have not contributed to our IRAs for 2021 or 2022. We also don’t have ibonds.
