I have ADHD and executive dysfunction, resulting in horrid eating habits my whole life. My body just doesn’t tell me it is hungry and pre-pregnancy, I could go days without eating. My husband is the same way. I am panicked about staying on top of baby feedings and noticing patterns. The Pocket Nanny tracker where you press the button of the feed, diaper change, etc, seems to be popular but doesn’t log it anywhere. Has anyone heard of these and have a recommendation for one that logs as well?

I had an amniocentesis performed at 16 weeks and found out today (19.5 weeks) that the chromosome analysis and microarray to test for microdeletions came back normal. Had they not come back normal, I would have aborted. I am distraught that others will not have this choice now that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade.

I am 18 weeks and see watery thing coming out after peeing. It has weird smell. Google tells me that it can be amniotic fluid too... now I am freaked out... anyone gone through this ?

So I’m 7 weeks 3 days and I haven’t been sick at all. I know I should count myself lucky and not worry at all because it’s normal but I can’t help myself but worry because I feel…normal? I got a handheld ultrasound at week 5 and the doctor saw the gestational sac but nothing else (which apparently is normal at 5 weeks) I have my first real ultrasound in 3 days and I’m so so so nervous. Pls help..am in dilemma.. in Feb 2022 i joined TCS and right now am in a project having strict timelines. The next rollout wud be in next 3 months. I.e sept.. but the thing is I am pregnant and my due date is arnd first week of sept. Most prob I wud hv to take maternity leaves frm last week of Aug.
Pls guide me how and when shud i tell hr & supervisor.
